A Rare 1840s-1860s Identified English Folding Cipher Bowie Knife with Awesome American Indian Caricatures Carved to the German Silver Grips, front one with engraved owner’s name "H.H. Harman". Blade with intricate etched and struck decorations and mottos, including "I SURPASS ALL" and "AMERICAN HUNTING KNIFE" ricasso struck with well preserved maker’s logo of "S.C. Wragg, Sheffield". Total length unfolded : 11", Blade length : 4 7/8"
