Pistol probably converted from a flint-lock, overall of good quality and in working order. Navaja with bull horn grip, a large curved needle for cleaning the touch-hole of the pistol and a special tool for unscrewing the ignition nipple of the pistol for service or replacement, so the Navaja knife was made specifically to accompany the pistol.
