With very fine silver or German silver mounts and ebony grips, front one inlaid with mother of pearl circular segments. Mounted with an exceptionally beefy blade of clip point form, struck at ricasso to "??? HOLMES ??? Sheffield". A rare and very well sized example. Total length unfolded : 10", Blade length : 4 1/4"
