A Unique and Exceptionally Built American Civil War era Confederate Fighting Dagger Bowie Knife. With a very sturdy and super-powerful double edged blade of very distinctive form, having a broad reinforced ricasso area marked AS on one side. Heavy brass cross guard and a solid bone grip, the dagger is housed in its original thick leather scabbard with large copper rivets. A Very impressive large knife, exceptionally combat-worthy.
