A Good Islamic Arabic JAMBIYA Dagger in Silver Mounts, 19th-early 20th C. With a broad double edged blade having a central ridge for reinforced thrusting power. Silver filigree mounts with little Arabic crests and ring mounts indicating on being owned by an officer of the army. A very attractive and clean example.Dagger is 9 1/4", blade is 4 1/2".
