Rare 1911 Russian Caucasian KINJAL Dagger in Niello Silver Mounts & Inscribed Blade. A truly beautiful and rare Georgian example with richly gilt and Niellowed silver mounts having distinctive to the region filigree decorations. Mounted with a broad triple-fullered blade bearing very seldom encountered lengthy etched scripts in Georgian language, probably a religious Biblical passages dear to the heart of its owner. Dagger is 20 1/4", blade is 13 1/2".
