Fine 19th C. Russian Caucasian KINJAL Dagger in Niello Silver Mounts. In its heavy silver mounts deeply chased with intricate floral ornaments and heavily inlaid with Niello enamel. Blade of early form of diamond cross-section, bares partially worn engraved maker’s name in Islamic calligraphy.Dagger is 20 1/2", blade is 13 1/2".
