Extremely desirable Museum rarity example of the Knight’s battle sword from the Crusaders era, featuring steel mounted hilt of the traditional style, having a large wheeled pommel and spirally carve black wood grip, mounted with a powerful broad double edged blade of exceptional diamond cross-section, featuring a large gold or copper inlaid Crusader’s makers mark to one side. Built to the highest standards of the most battle efficient capacity, retaining its fine and deadly edges and overall exceptional sturdy built. Total length – 42.75", length of the blade 33.75", width – 2.25".
