Dated 1833 French Back-Plate for a Battle Cuirass Armor. Heavy brass and steel construction, retaining original chained shoulder straps, back of the plate with well preserved arsenal inscription and a date 1833. Will greatly compliment your front plate for a period cuirass of the type.
