Massive German 16th C. Style Landsnecht Two-Handed Sword. A very good Victorian era example with a strong broad double edged blade and huge hilt mounts well wrought of strong steel, old leather covered wood grip with brass tack decorations. A colossal weapon mostly attributed to the fearsome German Landsnecht warriors of around 16th century era. Total length (inside scabbard if present) : 67"Blade length : 49 1/2"
