A very nice early example featuring a large iron hilt of traditional form showing partially worn silver kofgari decorations. Mounted with a powerful lightly curved blade, well wrought of fine and active Wootz steel, the three large dots fr the maker mark put this blade to most likely 1600s to early 1700s era.
