Nice 18th C. Hungarian Battle Sword in Turkish KILIJ / SHAMSHIR Style. With its ornate brass furniture over leather covered wood scabbard, massive horn grips of the Ottoman Kilij type. Mounted with a broad lightly curved blade of Hungarian manufacture, depicting partially worn etched decorations and writings.Sword is 33", blade is 26 3/4".
