Massive Koto era Japanese Samurai TANTO Dagger Blade ~ Double Signed ~ KUNIMUNE. Blade and tang of exceptional thickness, the strong ridge goes through the entire tang which is very seldom encountered. Double signed tang, one side with smith name – Kunimune, another side illegible…Very early and rare blade, probably for piercing armor.Overall Length 9 1/4"
