Very Nice 19th C. Mughal Indian TULWAR ~ SHAMSHIR Sword with Beautiful Hilt. A good example having its traditional style iron hilt profusely inlaid with two-tone gold ornaments and inset with silver drops throughout, a truly beautiful high quality workmanship, minimal age wear. Mounted with a strong broad blade having lightly raised false edge tip area, cleaned over the years to reveal good steel finish. A good working saber of Mogul warriors with its exquisite hilt decorations. Total length : 34 1/4" Blade length : 29 3/4"
