Pair of 19th C. Large Japanese Embroidery Tapestry Panels ~ Framed under Glass. Large and very decorative pieces in ornate gilt wood frames set under the glass, both embroidered on silk depicting various Japanese figures, officials and wise-men. Beautiful work, showing expected age wear, however, survived in very presentable and attractive condition overall. Size of each panel is 53 1/2" x 25" including the frame.
