A Chinese Qing Dynasty 19th Century DAO Sword. with broad single-edged blade cut with a long slender fuller along the back edge on each face, iron disc-guard, cord-bound grip and flattened ovoid iron pommel, in its black-painted fish skin-covered iron-mounted wooden scabbard.
