A massive example of outstanding quality workmanship, having heavy silver furniture gold gilt and decorated with Niello enamel and set with red corals, wooden stock inlaid with finest quality silver filigree wire. Large caliber barrel, steel lock and trigger guard are profusely damascened with gold decorations, side of the barrel bearing partially worn struck maker’s mark.
