Rare 1298=1881 Dated Persian Presentation Large QAMA Dagger ~ Short Sword. A very unique and high quality example having a wonderful carved grip inlaid with silver nails forming intricate patterns including an arrow pierced heart and a bird, bordered by brass tang-cap and guard. Mounted with a large broad multi-fullered blade silver inlaid on one side with a Date 1298 and a large floral cartouche. A very rare and distinctively formed dagger.
