In its gilt brass mounts with a fine shark skin grip, guard adorned with a fine royal cipher in open work and a bugle for rifle regiments. Mounted with a large quill-back blade profusely etched on both sides with war trophies and floral scrolls, reverse side with a lengthy Presentation inscription, front ricasso with etched maker’s logo.
