An ornate and seldom encountered example with its fire gilt brass furniture having large crown pommel and wonderful applied large crest to the clam-shell. Slender double edged blade showing etched decorations including floral scrolls, flag panoplies and a royal cipher, lower blade with partially worn maker’s name. In its leather scabbard missing lower half and having gilt brass throat mount en suite to the hilt.
