Rare example by Henry Wilkinson, with large white metal guard carved and pierced with a Royal cipher and floral designs, shark skin grip with a backstrap lacking. Wearing a long sturdy double edged blade profusely etched on both sides and bearing a presentation inscription from a General to a Lieutenant, one side of the lower blade with a maker’s logo and a struck serial number at the edge.
