Early & Rare 17th-18th C. Caribbean Pirate’s Short Rapier ~ Naval Fighting Sword ~ Navy Cutlass. Very cool early example with a reduced and quite sturdy thrusting blade for fighting aboard the naval ships, used as a short sword or a long left hand dagger. Large strong cup-guard with reinforcement panel. Original wood grip. A real fighting weapon used by the Carribean Pirates in the late Renaissance era.
