Exquisite Japanese Samurai Tachi Mounted Wakizashi Sword ~ Shibayama Decorations ~ Signed Shinto era Blade. A fabulous example with its Shibayama style mounts and gilt brass Tachi furniture. Mounted with a good Shinto era blade signed by the maker at the tang. Very beautiful and rare Samurai era weapon, blade circa 17th-18th century, mounts circa 19th century. Dimensions: 30′ by 18".
