This set of original posters consists of the exceptionally rare large set of World War II posters created by Norman Rockwell for a bond drive during the war.They measure 32,5"x 44,5" each. All copies from the Saturday Evening Post. 1) "Freedom From Fear" poster. 2) "Freedom From Want" poster. 3) "Save Freedom of Speech" posters. 4) "Save Freedom of Worship" poster. Original set of â€Å“Freedomâ€&Acir c; posters by Norman Rockwell, produced in 1943 from paintings Rockwell created to commemorate the Four Freedoms outlined by President Roosevelt in his 1941 State of the Union address. Roosevelt posited that everyone across the world should enjoy four basic freedoms: Freedom of Religion, Freedom From Want, Freedom From Fear and Freedom of Speech. Americans were so moved by these â€Å“human freedoms†that over $130 million dollars were raised in WWII bonds from display of Rockwellâ€â„¢s paintings.
