Large 19th C. Philippine Moro KAMPILAN Sword. With its impressive large carved wood hilt of traditional form, straw wrapped grip, remains of the horse hair to the pommel and iron bars to the guard. Mounted with a strong straight single-edged blade of traditional form. Impressive large weapon of the Moro warriors. Circa 19th century.
