Rare 1910- 1920’s LEHMANN Adam the Porter #689 Tin Wind Up toy c.1910-1920’s. Measures 8 inches tall. The front of the cart is marked ‘ADAM #689 MARKE LEHMANN – Made in Germany’ and the Lehmann Company Logo. The sides/wheels of the cart are marked ‘D.R. Patent – Engl. Patent -3- D.R.G.M. PAT USA 27 Febr. 1912: 100% original Pre-World War 2 German tin toy. Excellent condition, with only very minor wear. Windup is working fine. The Adam figure is in excellent + shape, some minor edge wear on the cart, and some paint wear to the shoes. Does not come with a tin suitcase. A great piece to add to your vintage toy collection.
