Massive and Very Heavy American Colt Dragoon type Revolver Pistol ~ Serial # 59420 ~ from Very Old NY Estate. This gun along with several others was found in a New York city estate and has not been completely vetted. It is very heavy and very well-made showing scroll engraving on the frame, barrel and backstrap Serial number #59420 is matching on all components. Cylinder scene is fairly crisp and visible. Colt’s patent US is stamped on the left side of the frame. Overall a very attractive Gun showing a nice patina requiring further research.
