Staris B – Soviet graphic artist, illustrator, medalist, poster artist.Member of the Great Patriotic War, awarded the Order of the Patriotic War. Moscow artist, author of the coat of arms of Komsomolsk-on-Amur, author of the first badge "Eaglet". According to his sketches, a Desktop Jubilee Medal was created for the 50th anniversary of the city of Komsomolsk-on-Amur (1982).
