WWI Russian Poster. 1915-1916.One of the sources of mobilization of free funds of the population and enterprises for military needs in Russia (and throughout the world) was the issuance of targeted loans.For the first time, military symbols, emphasizing the reason for their issue, appeared on the bonds of targeted internal loans in Russia during the First World War. Loans 1915-1916 were officially called the military. "Government 5 1/2% War Short-Term Loan 1915".
