Horn-handled European plug bayonet with scabbard, with a tapered double-edged blade with two deep fullers on each side. Brass guard and mounts with a turned horn grip. Scabbard is brown leather with iron mounts. Brass mounts retain a pleasing mustard patina and horn grip shows crazing from age . Scabbard possibly associated, mounts show some cracking and losses.
