pre WWI US Model 1905 bayonet, as issued with the Model 1903 Springfield rifle. Marked ?S A? on the left ricasso and dated 1909 with a flaming bomb. Right ricasso is marked ?US? with a serial number. leather covered scabbard maker marked ?R.I.A.? for Rock Island Arsenal and dated 1908 with ?H.E.K.? Missing hanger to the M1910 belt loop.
