An antique tea caddy made with mahogany veneer, dating from the late Georgian or Regency period. The tea caddy has the traditional sarcophagus shape, and opens to reveal two internal compartments for storing your tea and crystal cup. Tea caddies like this one were used to keep their tea locked up safe from the servants and other commoners. This tea caddy is around 200 years old Size: 13 3/4" x 7 3/4" x 8 1/4".
