early 20th Century, provenance: Kalimantan, Straight, single-edged blade, flat on one facet, back with carvings, pierced and rests with spirals. Deer horn hilt with rattan wire bindings on the grip and big, chiselled and pierced pommel with green stones in glass paste. Remains of tricolor horsehair. Scabbard with bone, embossed plates, with stones en suite, remains of horsehair tufts. Complete with Piso Raut. length 28". Detailed condition reports are not included in this catalog.
