WWI Period Army Kyu Gunto Japanese Officer Sword. Straight blade with steel scabbard. Original gild remains on the handle and guard. Sword was used during Russo-Japanese war of 1905 with some examples lasted through WWi and WWII. Sword is 35", blade is 26".
